10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTAURANT HUB SOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
